Petco Love

Petco Love made a huge investment in our community by awarding a $20,000 lifesaving grant to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center. With these funds, we will be able to advance the lifesaving mission here at SVASC. This will include expanding and bolstering our foster program, establishing a reliable transport system to get animals in need to rescues and no-kill shelters across the east coast, solidifying a well-organized program to help families rehome pets outside of the shelter, and managing the pet population through continued spay/neuter efforts.

Friends of SVASC

Friends of Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center is our fundraising partner for the many shelter animals we receive in need of extensive medical or behavioral care.  The Friends fundraise and facilitate the medical treatment needed to make these animals healthier, but also more adoptable.  Since forming in July 2019, the Friends of SVASC has been able to help over 104 animals.  We are so thankful for their efforts.  If you would like to donate to the shelter, please donate to the Friends of SVASC.

Adoption Partners

Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center (SVASC) is happy to partner with several no-kill shelters and rescues, to help find forever homes for the animals brought to us.
